With understanding of the importance of employee’s loyalty, professional motivation and job satisfaction to organization’s behaviour and work quality, the article analyzes the interrelation and interdependence between person’s satisfaction with job and life, investigates the factors responsible for job satisfaction and workers’ motivation, discloses the factors having impact on a university teacher’s professional motivation and job satisfaction with reference to experience of various Lithuanian and foreign scientists. The article also presents the research results: attitudes of university teachers towards the factors affecting their job satisfaction. |
