Abstract [eng] Restructured economy management system, new business organization forms, based on a private property, determined changes in a structure of national property owners. Many enterprises were reorganized into joint – stock companies, newly founded chose exclusive establishment form. Diffused state property and its management problems are the two factors that preconditioned a formation of a new debt and property market, which performs specific functions in a market structure economy and is formally known as stock market. The practice of well-developed countries shows that during economical revival period, especially in evolving stock markets, a solid amount of “free” money recourses are accumulated. Purposeful injection of cumulated financial resources into country’s economy, functions in a multiplier principle that conditions not only profitable investments in the mentioned market, but also attractive opportunities for companies financial structures corrections, while searching for the cheapest business company financing sources that would create a growing property stock value. Nevertheless, many Lithuanian companies hesitate to form their resources in alternative manner by emitting or investing into other organizations property stock. They only do it through executing vertical or horizontal activity integration.
