Abstract [eng] This topic is relevant because in this age technologies are closely integrated in everyday life. With the help of the internet all the people are linked between each other and businesses are able to create friendly relations with customers, get feedback, create the image of the company, promote using marketing communication in digital space. It was essential to find out what is company‘s image, what includes in it, creation process of company‘s image in social networks and ways to develop popularity.
