It is important to reveal the peculiarities of organizing the development of leadership skills in a young child in a preschool educational institution. The analysis of the relevance and controversy of the topic reveals the Research Problem: what should be the forms of organizing the development of leadership skills in a child that would effectively contribute to the formation of leadership characteristics of the preschoolers? The Subject of the Thesis. Organizing the development of leadership skills in a young child in a preschool educational institution. The Aim of the Thesis: to study the organizing the development of leadership skills in a young child attending a preschool educational institution on both theoretical and empirical grounds. The Objectives of the Master’s Thesis: to consider the essence of leadership; to reveal the theoretical aspects of the organizing the development of leadership skills in a preschooler; to study the educators‘ opinion related to the organizing the development of leadership skills in a child attending a preschool educational institution. The Working Methods: Theoretical methods: analysis of scientific literature; comparative analysis; systematic analysis; Empirical methods: questionnaire survey; data analysis; quantitative data analysis. Work structure. Master's Thesis consists of an empirical and a theoretical part of the work. The empirical part discusses the essence of leadership and the theoretical aspects of the organizing the development of leadership skills in a preschooler. As regards the second practical part, the parents and teachers‘views regarding the organizing the development of leadership skills in a child are taken into account and evaluated. The conclusions, recommendations and annexes are presented at the end of the thesis. |
