The aim of tie article was reveal the differences and similarities predominating in the Hill of Crosses ritual music of the Latvian and Lithuanian pilgrims. The research data confirm the hypothesis that the modes of participation of Latvian and Lithuanian pilgrim groups in religious ceremonies on the Hill of Crosses differ in their use of the accompaniment. |
