The regional start-ups ecosystem is an effective tool to implement innovations for the regions according to its needs, at the same time to increase the development of the business environment, ensuring the growth of the countrys‘s gross domestic product and employment. Regarding these reasons there still remains the need to solve problems which is related with the regional environment attractiveness, both in terms of establishment, development and management of the start-up ecosystem in order to use the possibilities which exist in Klaipėda. The efficiency of the start-up ecosystem is an essential tool for fostering the creation of start-ups. The performed analysis provided an opportunity to create a model of the start-up ecosystem. This model indicates which which elements of the ecosystem interact to create start-ups and which element could help start-up to enter the global market. Empirical research had identified problems which is related to policy, financing, culture, support and human resource start-up ecosystem elements, for which solving, improvement and reinforcement recommendations were submitted. |
