The master's thesis examines the factors influencing the quality of the event run by the Sports Center, commemorating the Day of Restoration of Lithuania's Independence. As quality is one of the most important criteria for each user when purchasing a service, this topic is raised as the aim of the work, to identify ways to improve the factors influencing the quality of the event. The work consists of three parts. The first part deals with the concept of sports events, their meaning, the concept and significance of event quality. In the second part, the aim was to identify the factors influencing the quality of the event with the help of scientific literature and to select the SERVQUAL method, which was used to study the quality of the event, according to the expectations of the audience. The third part presents: the characteristics of the sports center, the results of the research of the factors influencing the quality of the sports event, suggestions on how to improve, the aspects of services that satisfy the spectators the least. |
