Abstract [eng] In order to ensure a smooth adult learning process and to motivate them properly, maintaining the learning motivation and ensuring its positive change, it is important for the andragogue to know the factors and measures that motivate the participants of the positive parenting training groups. Scientific problem: what factors motivate and what motivating measures are important for an andragogue to apply in order to strengthen adult learning motivation in positive parenting training groups? Object of the research: adult motivating factors and measures. Aim of the research: to theoretically analyze and empirically substantiate the factors and measures that motivate adults in positive parenting training groups. Objectives of the research: 1. To analyze the factors and measures that motivate adults, based on theoretical insights from the aspect of positive parenting training. 2. To investigate the attitudes of the participants of the positive parenting training groups and andragogy practitioners towards the motivating factors and measures of the learners. 3. To perform an analysis of motivating factors and measures in positive parenting training groups. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature and documents; questionnaire; semi-structured interview. The theoretical aspects of this work provide an opportunity to analyze the concept of positive parenting, the peculiarities of adult learning motivation and motivation to learn concepts, motivating factors, tools, andragogue role in the aspect of positive parenting training. The scientific novelty of the work is revealed by the author 's desire to show that knowledge of motivating factors and tools can be practically useful for an andragogue in motivating parents in positive parenting training groups. From a practical point of view, the obtained research data can be significant in order to effectively motivate parents, maintaining and strengthening their learning motivation throughout the learning process. The study confirms the hypothesis that adult learning motivation must be based on its maintenance and strengthening during all positive parenting trainings, and its positive change depends on the effectiveness of andragogy measures and knowledge of adult motivating factors.
