Burnout syndrome is a relevant problem among the representatives of nursing profession. During the state of experiencing the burnout, emotional and physical health of nurses gets worse, the quality of work is reduced, patients’ dissatisfaction increases. Psychosocial factors are closely related to burnout and psychosocial work environment of nurses. The aim of the research is to pay attention to psychosocial work environment of nurses as the factor being able to reduce and increase the risk of burnout syndrome emergence. |
