In the last decade, much attention has been paid to research in the medical services and nursing sector that analyzes working conditions and stressors. Insufficient pay, the application of a motivational system and stress risk factors remain a major problem in the nursing activities. Although there is a growing cases of research in the scientific literature analyzing the factors that determine nurses stress risk reduction and job satisfaction, there is still a lack of research analyzing job satisfaction and the links between nursing stress in nursing and intensive care units. |
