Abstract [eng] Constraints applied during the COVID-19 pandemic have reduced accessibility of healthcare services for patients. The accessibility of certain services is limited, they are provided partially remotely, remotely or were completely suspended. Because of this, patients do not receive the healthcare services they require, or such services are provided late. The object of the thesis is the accessibility of healthcare services for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective of the thesis is to investigate the accessibility of healthcare services for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Four tasks have been set to achieve this objective. Summarize the concept and classification of healthcare services, explore the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare system and accessibility of healthcare services, explore the problems faced by patients trying to receive healthcare services prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and during it, and to provide recommendations and suggestions on how to improve access to healthcare services for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, comparative analysis, questionnaire survey, data collection and analysis, generalization. Conclusions. After summarizing the results of the research, it was found that during the COVID-19 pandemic, respondents face various problems in access to healthcare services. Respondents find it difficult to arrange visits to doctors in another field, and they visit the medical institutions less often because of fear of getting COVID-19 or only in cases of serious health problems. Limited access to healthcare services has the most negative impact on the spiritual, emotional and mental health of respondents. Respondents find it difficult to sign appointments with doctors because of the limited number of registrations slots, and scheduled surgeries are delayed, which can cause various health problems. Respondents assessed the accessibility of healthcare before the COVID-19 pandemic as very well, and they have assessed it only as good at the time of the pandemic. Structure of thesis. Master's thesis consists of two parts. The first part of the thesis analyses the theoretical aspects of healthcare services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The second part analyses the information received during the questionnaire survey. The conclusions provide summarized results of the work and provide recommendations.
