The topic, examined in this Master's thesis is innovation project risk management at Lithuanian telecommunications companies. The purpose of the research is to establish the methods of innovation project risk management at Lithuanian telecommunications companies and create the most efficient model for innovation project risk management. The study uses a qualitative research method – a semi-structured interview. The data is analysed by conducting a qualitative content analysis. Research results have shown that Lithuanian telecommunications companies use traditional risk management methods for their projects. It became evident that companies do not use quantitative risk analysis methods. The analysis of the research results was followed by constructing an innovation project risk management model and offering recommendations. |
