Poverty can affect our emotional and physical health, education, ability to work, relationship with the society, economic situation, intellectual needs. This Master Thesis discusses problematic question of poverty reduction and social workers’ impact and contribution to reduce the poverty. It has been known for many years what consequences the poverty can bring. This research is focussed to find out how families cooperate with social workers providing help for poverty reduction. The research also examines how social workers define the problems, and what similarities can be highlighted when comparing families’ and social workers’ perspectives. Research object – social workers’ impact to reduce poverty in families. Research goal is to analyse theoretically and empirically contribution of social workers to families’ poverty reduction. |
