The theoretical and practical aspects and quality determinants of the quality of services provided by educational organizations are analyzed in the final master's thesis. An educational service organization is unique, making it difficult to apply a single service quality assessment method or model that is appropriate for all educational organizations. The first part focuses on the theoretical concept of service quality provided by educational organizations, the analysis of service quality principles and service quality models. The second part of the work presents the developed methodology for assessing the quality of services provided by educational organizations. The third part of the work analyzes the results of the survey of pedagogues and students of educational institutions, presents the conclusions and suggestions of the final master's thesis. Structure: introduction, 3 main chapters, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 60 p. text without appendixes, 17 pictures, 9 tables, 58 references. Appendixes are included. |
