Abstract [eng] |
Purpose: To reveal the assurance of the child's right to participate in permanent care. Main goals: 1) Discuss the theoretical aspects of the child's right to participate in permanent care; 2) To present the theoretical preconditions for ensuring the right of a child to participate in permanent care (custody); 3) Based on the experience of children's rights protection specialists, permanent guardians (caregivers), children's experiences to reveal the possibilities to ensure the right to participate in permanent family care. Research subjects: 1) Specialists in the protection of the rights of the child who have a higher university education and are employed as chief specialists in the protection of the rights of the child. Have at least 1 year of work experience; 2) Permanent guardians (caregivers), who have competed Guardianship and Adoption Training and Counselling (GIMK) programme training and are experienced (1 year of permanent care) and are under 65 years; 3) Children living in a family with permanent care for at least one year. The age range is from 15 to 18 years. Study methods: Theoretical - method of analysis of sources of documents and scientific literature; systematic synthesis and summarization of results; empirical - a semi-structured interview method used for data collection; the traditional method of content analysis was used for the analysis of the research data. |
