A quantitative research strategy was chosen for the research, and a questionnaire survey of the employees of the VMI was used for the research. Applying a quantitative research strategy through a questionnaire, the aim was to draw attention to the challenges of implementing the new principles of public governance in the VMI. During the study, the management of the application of the new public principle and dimensions in the VMI positively changed the management processes. The final thesis consists of 4 main parts. The first part of the thesis presents the peculiarities of the new public management concept, management principles, problematic aspects of dimensions, the subtleties of the new public management challenges in the supervisory authorities of economic entities and creates a theoretical model for the implementation of new public governance principles. The second part of the thesis presents the design and methodology of the study. The third part of the thesis includes a detailed analysis of the research results, and the fourth part - a discussion of the research results. The research study is completed with conclusions and suggestions for the improvement of the implementation of the new principles of public governance in the VMI. |
