Abstract [eng] Ethnic minorities form a considerable part of the population of Lithuania, that‘s why Lithuania implement international and national obligations for ethnic minorities in the field of law protection making the conditions for ethnic minorities to study the mother-tongue and learn the state language so much in order to successfully participate in state‘s life. Every year, the problem of the decreasing students‘ results of ethnic minorities is relevant for Lithuanian education system because ethnic minorities like the rest of Lithuania‘s citizens impact on the state‘s life. The number of students who fail Lithuanian and literature and mathematics exams because of low score, the number of students who would not get the financed place in state‘s educational institutions is increasing. So it is important to emphasize the factors which determine the achievements of non-state (Polish, Russian) languages learning students. In order to correspond the priorities of Lithuania‘s education system exphasizing the questions of results of students‘ achievements of ethnic minorities the scientific problem is raised in this work: What factors have the impact on the results of students‘ achievements of ethnic minorities? What is the connection between the education management and factors of students of ethnic minorities that has the impact on the results of students‘ achievements? The object of the Master‘s degree is selected - the factors that impact on the students‘ achievements of ethnic minorities. In the work it is seeking to figure out the factors which impact on the results of students‘ achievements of ethnic minorities. The aim of the work is concreted by these objectives: 1) analyzing the scientific and methodical literature to configure out the experience of Lithuania teaching the students of ethnic minorities 2) analyzing the acts of law evaluating the web and staff of schools of ethnic minorities 3) analyzing the students‘ results of NMPP, PUPP and VBE of ethnic minorities 4) applying the method of questionnaire survey to figure out the factors which impact on the results of students‘ achievements of ethnic minorities. In the work the analysis of scientific and methodical literature, the acts of law, statistics and questionnaire survey is used. In the theory the management of the education of Lithuania, the results of students‘ achievements of ethnic minorities, factors that impact on the results of students‘ achievements of ethnic minorities and their coherence, the results of researches discussed by scientists from Lithuania and foreign countries is revealed. The quantitative research is done – anonymous questionnaire survey. The questionnaire is based of three main parts: demographic questions, the questionnaire of the results of students‘ achievements and the questionnaire of the school‘s quality assurance framework. 393 teachers of comprehensive schools of ethnic minorities (Polish, Russian) participated in the survey. The main conclusion is that according to the statistics the results of students‘ achievements of ethnic minorities are highly correlated with social distance, home environment, the influence and attitude of parents towards education, the attention to the progress of a student, the changing attitude towards the education of the students themselves ( motivation, achievement of the aim), the competence of the administration and teachers of the school, adjusting the active methods and IT, provoking the thinking and giving the arguments during the lessons. The presumption is made that the change of web of education institutions of ethnic minorities would improve the quality of learning.
