The final Master's thesis analyses innovative business models for technology start-ups, focusing on the factors that influence the choice of revenue generation model. The paper analyses the role of start-ups in the modern economy, the concept of the business model and its innovation, the theoretical peculiarities of the business model of technology start-ups and the need for innovation. Empirical research, conducted using case study and expert evaluation methods, allowed to identify the most significant factors determining the choice of revenue generation models for technology start-ups. On the basis of the theoretical and practical results of the research on the peculiarities of technology start-ups' activities, a decision-making model is presented, which can be applied to practical start-up activities. |
