Abstract [eng] The master’s final work analyses macro-economic indicators of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia of the year 2004 – 2014 and constructs aggregate indices of financial stability. After comparing the tendencies of change of macro-economic indices and aggregate indices of financial stability of the countries since the entering of the countries to the European Union, it was assessed what financial indicators have the greatest influence on aggregate indices of financial stability. The first, theoretical part of the the master’s final work analyses the concept of financial stability, risk factors of financial stability and their regulation and indicators, helping to assess the financial stability. The second part discusses what methods of the assessment of financial stability are there, their advantages and disadvantages, comparative analysis of the methods is performed, methodology is provided according to which the analytical part of the master’s work calculates the aggregate indices of financial stability of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The third, analytical part analyses the dynamics of the indicators, comprising the aggregate indices of financial stability, the calculation of aggregate indices of financial stability of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia is performed, it is analysed what indicators make the greatest influence on the index of financial stability and reviews the fluctuation of aggregate indices of financial stability since the entrance to the European Union.
