The master‘s research paper analyses and evaluates the quality and accessibility of the health-care services, provided at the Vilnius Emergency. A work is divided into the 3 parts. The first part defines the health policy, it‘s specificity and importance in state policy. Analyzes concepts of quality and accessibility of health services, Lithuanian and foreign scientists view into the issues. The second section gives an analysis of quality policy of Vilnius emergency. The third part analizes and presented results of questionnaires, structured and visualized statistics. At the end of the work are conclusions and recommendations. References list consists of 73 entries. At the annex are questionnaires for patients and medics. |
