In this Master’s thesis the court system of the three Baltic States Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia is analyzed: the essential characteristics of judicial branch are indicated, the historical change of court system in Baltic States is analyzed, the current features of court system in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia are discussed and comparative analysis is conducted. |
