The results of the study of visitor satisfaction with the services provided in the master's thesis provide valuable information about the activities of the museum, the quality of its services, the relationship between the result of the service and the relationship between the visitor and the service provider, as well as the qualifications of the staff, the funds invested in the introduction of new technologies, improving infrastructure, the educational quality of programs, exhibition equipment, service for people with special needs, and hence the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of museum activities. The results of the research work revealed the advantages and disadvantages of the methodology used by Lithuanian museums to study visitor satisfaction services. Based on the study, it is planned to prepare recommendations and submit them to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania, the Council of Museums, the new composition of which is approved by the Minister of Culture in 2022.
