The master's thesis consists of three main parts: the theoretical part of urban climate neutrality, the methodological research part and the part of solving the problem of climate resilient cities using COPRAS, TOPSIS and WASPAS methods. The first part examines the impact of climate change on cities, actions and policy mechanisms for climate neutralization in cities, measures of adaptation to climate change, planning of climate neutral cities and funding sources, criteria and methods for assessing climate impact in cities. In the second part, the research model is created, the climate criteria of the city's neutrality are determined, the evaluation indicators are analyzed and selected. The third part compares five selected European cities using the COPRAS, TOPSIS and WASPAS methods. At the end of the work, the conclusions of the thesis are presented. The work consists of an introduction, three main parts with subsections, conclusions, and references. The volume of work - 74 p. text, 5 pictures, 15 tables, 149 bibliographic entries. |
