The Master’s thesis assesses e. health system qualitative adaptation to the use of users in the health care institution. Scientific literature is analyzed in terms of the concept of e. health system and the legal acts and other documents regulating the system in the EU and Lithuania. The concept of the EFQM excellence model and examples of its practical application for the evaluation of the quality in health care institutions abroad and in Lithuania are described. In order to evaluate the quality adaptation of e. health system for the use of users (health care professionals and patients) in accordance with the quality management EFQM excellence model, a quantitative research - questionnaire survey was carried out. Research data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 29.0. At the end of the thesis a discussion, conclusions and practical recommendations are presented. |
