The efficiency of inpatient service efficiency extended at Vilnius University Oncology Institute is being analysed and evaluated, these inefficiency reasons and their solutions are presented in master‘s work. The first part deals with efficiency conception, international and Lithuanian documents, which regulate the aim of health care effectiveness, are analysed, the assessment models of effectiveness work are studied, the BSC model, which is applicable in the assessment of institutional work effectiveness and in strategy management, is analysed in details and peculiarities of the assessment of work effectiveness in oncology are analysed. The model of the assessment of work effectiveness is selected and adapted to evaluate VUOI inpatient service efficiency in the second part. The assessment of inpatient service efficiency at Vilnius University Oncology Institution, using adapted model is performed in the third part. |
