Abstract [eng] The article discusses the political situation in Lithuania after Russia's invasion to Ukraine in February 2022 and the reactions of the Lithuanian political elite to this act of international aggression. It also devotes considerable space to the impact of the war on the field of Lithuanian politics of history. It concludes that the discourse of "aid to Ukraine" was mainly used by the political elite to address domestic needs and problems. Also the war revealed that there were still many gaps in Lithuania's desovietization space that had been spontaneously rushed to be filled.
