Abstract [eng] The aim of the research project is to systematise and propose to the conductors' community universal methods of analysis of the metro-rhythmic fabula, which would help to prepare the score for performance in the most effective way. To this end, the data of qualitative interviews, literature, and archival material were summarised to develop the most optimal and universal methods of analysing the metro-rhythmic fabula. The opportunity to learn about the methods of analysis of the metro-rhythmic fabula used by the most famous conductors in Europe came in the 2020s, when the archives of philharmonic orchestras, theatres, universities, and public libraries containing scores began to be richly digitised and opened up to a wide scientific community. The paper also presents a universal system of marking symbols used in the analysis of the metro-rhythmic fabula and alternative conductors' ways of marking in score analysis. Moreover, it compares different interpretive approaches to the metro-rhythmic fabula and discusses the possible limitations in the application of the methods of analysis of the metro- rhythmic fabula.
