An analysis of real estate investments is performed in the master's thesis. The final thesis consists of an introduction, four main chapters, conclusions and suggestions, a bibliography, appendices. In the first part of the work, the concept of investment in real estate is named, as well as the factors affecting the value of real estate. The second part of the work describes the financial and multi-criteria investment evaluation methods. In the third part, the macroeconomic analysis of the country and the analysis of the commercial real estate market are performed. In the fourth part, three commercial real estate projects in the city of Vilnius are analyzed using financial and multi-criteria methods. After evaluating the projects and summarizing the obtained results, the conclusions of the work are described and suggestions are presented. |
