In this Master's thesis, assessment of the remote teamwork management is investigated. The main purpose of the study is to determine the possibilities of remote teamwork management assessment in financial organizations. An expert survey was conducted, during which the obtained results were processed with the help of the Concordance coefficient and factorial analysis. A survey of employees of financial institutions was conducted - the obtained results were processed by factorial and regression analysis methods. After summarizing the research results, it was found that selected factors of remote teamwork influence its management. Structure: literature review, methodology, investigation.
