In Master Theses are defined the main approches to the quality in higher education, analysed: essential documents of the system formation of European higher education quality assurance, higher education quality assurance system in Europe, external quality evaluation procedure of study programmes in Lithuania, revealed the importance of external evaluation in studies quality assurance system in Lithuania, evaluated the efficiency of university study programmes external quality evaluation procedure, also determined the link between the results of university study programmes external quality evaluation and long-term improvement of studies quality in Lithuania. Scientific reasearch methods used in Master Theses are: descriptive-analytical, analysis of documents, comparative, secondary data analysis, semi-structured interview with experts. |
