In the dissertation, the problem of citizen participation in co-creation of public service is focused on interaction of participation and satisfaction with the quality of public service issues in order to reveal the users’ activation effect on the subjective assessment of the quality of public services. Since both the participation and the assessment of the service quality is a matter of self-determination and a subjective attitude, the dissertation focuses on participation and evaluation of the quality of the public service from the position of the service recipient. The aim of the research is to develop the conceptual interaction models of citizen participation and subjective public service assessment (satisfaction) in co-creation of a public service. The service of multifamily residential common shared property administration is selected for the empirical research. On the basis of the qualitative and quantitative research, the three-applied conceptual models are formed and it is concluded that the activity of citizen participation in co-creation of a public service is associated with a positive subjective public service quality assessment, i.e. satisfaction. |
