Abstract [eng] |
The final master thesis examines the specifics of improving production logistics in biotechnology companies. It provides an overview of the biotechnology sector, production logistics, Industry 4.0, R&D and innovation, and theoretical models of production management and improvement. It examines trends in the development of the biotechnology sector and the results of the digitisation of the biotechnology sector. Based on the theoretical aspects of the digitisation of production logistics, an expert assessment is carried out to identify the factors determining the digitisation of production logistics in the biotechnology sector. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature and the expert evaluation, a model for the improvement of production logistics is presented. The analysis of the literature, statistical data and the expert evaluation leads to conclusions and suggestions. The thesis consists of 6 parts: introduction, theoretical part, practical part, theoretical model of improvement of production logistics in the biotechnology industry, conclusions and suggestions, list of references. Thesis consist of: 81 p. text without appendixes, 53 pictures, 7 tables, 185 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included. |
