Abstract [eng] The master's thesis analyzes the efficiency issues of real estate (RE) administration, including land administration (LA) and constructions management systems and presents a universal administration model that incorporates global best practices and technological innovations. It emphasizes that effective real estate administration systems are crucial for economic development, social inclusion, and transparency. The thesis discusses examples of real estate administration management systems from various countries, including Sweden, Rwanda, Estonia, Australia, Canada, Brazil, Cambodia, India, Ghana, Indonesia, Lithuania, and Malaysia, highlighting the model's advantages such as cost reduction, digitization, and the application of innovative solutions. It demonstrates that innovative methods enhance process efficiency and transparency, reduce costs, and ensure data security. The proposed model is based on integrated data platforms, blockchain technologies, artificial intelligence, and GIS solutions. The model's universality allows it to be adapted to different economic and legal environments. This research contributes to the improvement of real estate administration management, promoting sustainable development and rational use of RE resources globally.
