The Master‘s thesis analyzes what characteristics the managers of safety services have to characterize and what skills, competencies they need. Despite the knowledge and great investments accumulated in the field of management most organizations acknowledge lacking successful managers, therefore, it is still searched and analyzed what characteristics the managers has to characterize. Anonymous questionnaires assistance in 2017 was interviewed 50 respondents: 10 top-level managers, 28 middle-level managers and 12 low-level managers. Following the providences of Lithuanian and foreign scientists and made researches the added set of personal characteristics with the objective characteristics, which would fit for the future managers and meet the needs of company, is given. |
