| Abstract [eng] |
This master's thesis explores the evolving relationship between humans and nature in contemporary society, where the natural environment increasingly becomes a visual construct. The theoretical part examines the concept of biophilia, the influence of consumer culture on the perception of nature, the role of waste, and fractal patterns as metaphors of natural organization. The creative part presents the installation Simbiosis, in which decorative natural elements are contrasted with found artificial objects. Inside a glass container, an ant colony lives among moss, debris, and synthetic fragments, becoming a metaphor for nature’s ability to adapt. The artistic research combines theoretical analysis, visual documentation, and the creation of an installation as a research method, inviting the viewer to reconsider their relationship with the environment. |
