Abstract [eng] Thesis topic֦ The benefits of leadership training for leaders in strengthening the motivation of remote workers. The topic of the thesis is relevant for leaders who feel that there are challenges in strengthening the motivation of remote workers and want to increase it. The object of this thesis: the benefits of leadership training in strengthening the motivation of remote workers. The problem of the thesis: how does the participation of leaders in leadership training help strengthen the motivation of remote workers? The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the benefits of leadership training for leaders in strengthening the motivation of remote workers. Thesis objectives: to reveal the need for improving leadership skills in the context of remote work; to analyze the specifics of motivating remote workers; to clarify the difficulties that leaders experience in strengthening the motivation of remote workers; to investigate the benefits of leadership training in strengthening the motivation of remote workers. Methods of information collection and research: systematic analysis of scientific literature, structured interviews, content analysis. The results of the study highlight the skills and knowledge of leaders used in the practice of managing employees remotely, which help to strengthen employee motivation and are acquired in leadership training. The conclusions of the work state that when leaders strengthen the motivation of employees working remotely, it is necessary to apply creative, innovative and adaptable methods of motivating employees in a remote work environment. The recommendations suggest that leaders take into account the needs of employees, individual personality differences, the desire for more innovations in the remote work environment, increase salaries or pay their bonuses taking into account personal work results, which can be assessed in direct remote conversations with managers, customer feedback or by applying game-based methods of assessing employee results. At the end of the work, a list of literature and appendices are provided. This final work has three parts. The first part discusses the theoretical aspects of the analyzed topic - the concept of leadership and leadership training, their benefits in strengthening the motivation of employees working remotely, and presents the main theoretical and motivational tools of employee motivation. The second part of the paper discusses the methodology of the research. The third part of the paper presents the results of interviews with leaders who manage employees remotely, highlighting the benefits of leadership training. The paper concludes with conclusions, recommendations, a list of references, and appendices.
