The relevance of the topic. A favorable microclimate in a preschool educational institution is the mobilization of a good, positive team, harmonious work of employees, their involvement in the management of the institution and positive mutual relations. It is appropriate to note that the microclimate in an educational institution is related to such factors that are significant and important for the results of the institution, as teachers' involvement and commitment to the institution, job satisfaction, This means that the creation of an inappropriate microclimate can affect not only the emotional state, mood of teachers, but also the activities and performance results of the entire educational institution. This work aims to answer the following main research questions: how is teacher leadership manifested in a preschool educational institution in order to create and maintain a favorable microclimate? What are the factors of teacher leadership that have the most important connections with the formation of a favorable microclimate in preschool educational institutions? The object of the study is teacher leadership in creating a favorable microclimate in a preschool educational institution. The aim of the study is to examine the factors of teacher leadership and their links with the creation of a favorable microclimate in preschool educational institutions. The structure of the thesis. The first part analyzes the concept and importance of teacher leadership in the educational context, discusses the traits and qualities of a teacher leader, analyzes the theoretical factors determining teacher leadership and their expression in educational institutions. The second part defines the concept of microclimate and its components, analyzes the importance of microclimate in the environment of a preschool educational institution in order to ensure the quality of education and the well-being of the community. The third part presents an empirical study - describes the research methodology, presents the obtained data and their analysis and interpretation. The conclusions. After analyzing the respondents' opinions on the assessment of the microclimate of an educational institution, it was determined that cooperation between colleagues ensures work efficiency and productivity, the atmosphere of the institution contributes to the professional development of educators and well-being at work, and a safe and favorable atmosphere prevails in the working environment of educators. After assessing the links between leadership and microclimate, it was found that respondents mostly agree that the creation of a favorable microclimate in the institution's environment is contributed by the leader's ability, leader's trust, and leader's risk initiation and assumption. The results of correlation and regression analysis also confirmed that leadership has a positive effect on the institution's microclimate. |
