Abstract [eng] This final master's thesis is designed to investigate how the graphic design tool - the game, can release the worker's creativity in the office space.Since creativity is closely related to the inner world of a person, not only physiological but also psychological aspects are examined, with attention to the importance of internal motivation in the process of creative thinking. It also analyzes social, cultural and geographical relationships with creativity. In the thesis, interaction between group and individual work with the disclosure of creativity, employee motivation, and needs is being analyzed. he game tool is explored as a creativity development tool suitable for office space and gaming in the process of creativity. The results of the research, discussion, monitoring, provided knowledge for recommendation and guidance for further development of design work – for making a creativity developing game integrated into the office environment.
