The thesis analyzes the theoretical analysis of the genesis of creativity and intellectual capital concepts, their formation and development directions, revealing the links between creativity and intellectual capital. After defining the specifics of the organizational creativity management and identifying the areas of creativity management, the theoretical model of the organisational creativity management based on intellectual capital has been created and the corresponding methodology for assessing the creativity of the organization. Based on this methodology and empirical research, the level of organization's creativity management was identified, the advantages and disadvantages identified, and the directions of improvement developed. |
