In the final master’s thesis, information logistics concept is analyzed and presented, information logistics system’s assessment model is constructed, and expression of information logistics system processes is empirically verified highlighting and emphasizing factors that are essential for the system assessment. The first part introduces the concept of information logistics system and reveals its development. Management methodologies and processes are presented. The second part introduces research methodology, and the third part identifies management methodologies and processes which are applied in the system, discusses system areas of improvement and presents results of the qualitative research carried out and the model constructed justifying the cyclical nature of the processes taking place in the system. Assessment model developed in the final master’s thesis will help to improve information cycle and will have applicable result which other enterprises with their IT service center will be able to apply. |
