Abstract [eng] |
The rights of children are regulated by national and international legislation, and protected by state and its institutions. Children depend on adults and their efforts and concerns. Children must have an opportunity to be familiar and to know how to use all their rights in the family, community and in the state. School – second institution after family, which has powerful impact on child socialization. In order to achieve socialization, the teamwork should be used. The strongest connection should be among a teacher, pupil and social pedagogue, because this interaction affects the success of socialization. Social pedagogues and teachers should collaborate and unite in socializing processes while implementing the rights of a child in a primary school. When actions and measures are harmonized, positive results could be achieved. |
