Loyalty is a free choice of a human being to identify yourself with the aims, objectives of the organization and have a willingness to be its member. The nature of the loyalty is the choice of the employee to be loyal to the organization, loyalty does not depend on the fact if the organization responds with the same loyalty towards the employee. This is the connection between the organization and the employee. When the connection becomes weaker- the loyalty weakens as well, and the wish to change the job gets stronger, that is why the organization collides with the process of rotation. The nature of rotation could be explained as the not met expectations of the employees, meaningless existence in the organization. It is impossible to reach the goals of the organization without loyal members of the organization. The achievement of the goals is not a one day work. The bigger rotation of the employees is, the more difficult the achievement of the goals is. Rotation and loyalty are two phenomenon that are closely connected with each other and complement each other, inspite of the fact that they look so different. The fear to lose a good employee make organizations to look for the ways to keep it. Organization which ripes the loyalty inside their employees can not only stop the roatation, but also form a perfect image of the employer on the labour market.
