Abstract [eng] NarrowBand Internet of Things modules power efficiency research. Master thesis for electrical engineering degree. Vilnius Gediminas technical university. Vilnius, 2020, 58 p., 28 illust., 17 tab., 36 bibl., 2 app. The main objective of this thesis is to investigate NarrowBand Internet of Things modules power efficiency and compare it to other mobile technologies power efficiency. There was analysis of literature done, investigation of modules power efficiency done and suggestions given, how better to use this technology, in order to reach this objective. Results of this research showed that the power efficiency of NarrowBand Internet of Things modules is many times better than other modules based on other technologies. Using the NarrowBand Internet of Things technology it is possible to design a device which could work for 10 years using only battery.
