Abstract [eng] The master's thesis aims to create a smart cities sustainable development model. In order to achieve the set tasks, the analysis of smart cities and sustainable development concept and models is carried to identify and distinguish their characteristics, factors, determining their impact and main constrains. The reviewed models and their evaluation and indicators allowed to determine their strong connection with ICT and data evaluation issues. Analysed models main differences, advantages, as well as factors and indicators of the models, are used to determine the city smartness index and the effectiveness of sustainable development. The research conducted the expert evaluation, and review of statistical analysis in order to identify the factors of sustainable development of smart cities and their hierarchical significance. Based on the obtained results, an improved model of sustainable development of smart cities is presented, along with detail conclusions, and suggestions for the improvement of its management. Structure: introduction, introduction, an overview of smart cities and sustainable development models, research of smart cities sustainable development, improvement of smart cities sustainable development model, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consists of: 77 p. text without appendixes, 7 pictures, 16 tables, 115 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.
