Abstract [eng] This Master's thesis analyses and evaluates the current situation in the field of Financial technology (further - FinTech), identifying internal and external threats and problems in the case of developed countries, like the United states and China, as well as of a developing country like the Republic of Kazakhstan. The identification of threats to regulation in this area, as well as cybersecurity issues and the impact on economic stability in the world, are tested empirically, using comparative analysis, countries indicators are compared in the issue of regulation of FinTech, and through an analytical assessment, are identified the internal and external threats and made the recommendations to solve them. The first part summarizes the theoretical aspects of FinTech, including the types and necessity of developing this area. The second part of the master's thesis examines FinTech from a global perspective, introduces the concept of "threat" as for FinTech in general, and for the global economy also. And made the assumptions regarding the future development of FinTech field. In the third part, is assessed FinTech field in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the role of Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) and FinTech Hub in the FinTech international development platform, as the correlation analysis of FinTech impact on the country's economic development using the global innovation development index, including financial technologies and the index of economic freedom, which in turn reflects the country's economic growth and developement. The fourth part presents an analytical review of the empirical, comparative, correlation analyses of the threats related with FinTech, which used in this research work and given the recommendations for solving them.
