In this master's thesis, the peculiarities of personal investment strategies among Lithuanian and Australian females have been analyzed, and Australia's example as a good practice method in line with investment strategies based on age groups from literature sources has been applied to construct the investment portfolios as a personal investment strategy for Lithuanian females. In the research part, the distinctness among Australia's and Lithuania's current investor's profile has been analyzed, and the main differences among all investors were identified. After this achieve- ment, the main distinctions between genders regarding personal investment management in Aus- tralia and Lithuania has been researched and analyzed, emphasizing females, and further investi- gating the peculiarities of women's personal investment strategies in both countries. The prepa- ration of the comparative analysis with inclusion of financial literacy aspect and its possible im- pact on the investment choices has been performed, and the proposal of preliminary personal investment strategy for each target group in Lithuania using the investment strategies presented in literature sources and the good practice method of Australian female's investment examples the portfolio for each target groups in Lithuania based on Nasdaq Baltics best-performing invest- ment instruments has been constructed.
