Master’s thesis provides information about the current and genetic testing regulation from 2015 in Lithuania on legal, medical and ethical aspects. Also describes legislation of themed issue of some European countries and the United States of America. After review of Lithuania and other countries genetic testing regulation, variety of reglamentation and organizations are exposed, which main aims are to ensure individuals genetic information privacy and health during the process of genetic or sports– related genetic testing. |
