Abstract [eng] Design and research of automated test system for 20-GHz PicoScope 9300 sampling oscilloscopes. Master‘s thesis in electronic engineering. Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Vilnius, 2015. 89 p., 53 pictures, 10 tables, 31 references, 6 supplements. The automated test system for the serially-produced PicoScope 9300 with a 20-GHz sampling oscilloscope has been developed and examined. The system allows testing the most important measurement parameters of a sampling oscilloscope according to the established test case and without permanent supervision of an operator in order to increase testing coverage and improve the quality of products. The system consists of the equipment for measuring and generation of test signals (up to 20 GHz), the commutation device of canals of the transmission of signals, a personal computer and a control software program. The results of the investigation prove that the automated test system which has been developed meets all the requirements of the task.
