After analyzing the scientific literature and conducting an empirical study of manager identification, competence assessment and development, a model of manager identification, competence assessment and development was developed. It consists of 4 main stages: identification of managers, assessment of competencies, development of competencies and continuous assessment and improvement of these processes. When identifying managers, it is expedient to periodically assess the competencies and work results of employees, assign tasks, and encourage participation in decision-making. Choose a manager who has the following leadership competencies: professionalism, ability to take responsibility, strategic thinking, willingness to constantly learn and improve, communication, knowledge of the business environment, emotional intelligence, assess the need to develop these competencies, organize seminars, practical, self-assessment, situation analysis tasks, provide feedback, and continuously review and improve these processes. |
