Abstract [eng] Objective of the thesis is to determine the links among bullying, psychological resilience, and work engagement of employees. The research involved 187 participants working in various types and sizes of Lithuanian organizations. Women made up the larger sample of the research (63 percent) (N = 117), men – 37 per cent (N = 70). Average age - 39 years. Three methodologies were used for the research: Negative Acts Questionnaire – Revised (NAQ -R) (Einarsen et al., 2009; Notelaers, Einarsen, 2012), Resilience Scale (RS -14) (Wagnild, 2016), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES -9) (Schaufeli, Bakker, 2004; 2006). In addition, sociodemographic questions were included in the research questionnaire. The main results of the research revealed that bullying in the work environment is significantly negatively related to psychological resilience and work engagement of employees. The performed correlation analysis showed that the psychological resilience of employees had significantly positive correlations with work engagement of employees. The performed mediation analysis showed that the psychological resilience mediates the relationship between employees bullying at work and their work engagement. It was found that the inclusion of mediator reduced the magnitude of the effect, i. e., the psychological resilience slightly reduced the negative effect of bullying in the work environment on work engagement of employees.
